v0.174.0 Release Notes

We've just released v0.174.0 to the Chrome Store, which includes the ability to now fetch posts with preview images, even for posts that are a video and a carousel.

Since this is only available in v0.174.0 and onwards, you may need to fetch profiles to actually get the previews, as the data wasn't present before this version.
